LORETTA'S EGG BAKE

6-8 slices French bread 1 lb Ham, Bacon, or Sausage cooked and crumbled We use Jimmy Dean regular sausage. 8 Eggs 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated 2 cups Milk 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Dry mustard

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Mix together cubed bread and cooked meat in bottom of pan. Sprinkle grated cheese over all. Beat eggs, milk, and spices and pour over mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
